Firstly, our service is independent. We spend the time to gather data on high performing agents across Australia. This data includes the most up to date sales data of recent property sold in your area and current listings.

From our data we then recommend an agent for your property for your property. Our research suggests that many successful agents work best in particular price brackets, or specialise in particular types of properties and particular suburb pockets. Top Agent Finder considers all these factors when providing you with a shortlist and recommendations of Agents that we believe will be best suited to selling your property.

We believe our recommendation will most likely get the best price for your property in the shortest space of time for a hassle free sale.

We cover the whole of Australia. We use an industry database which is updated daily using independent data including historical and recent sales statistics as well as current listings throughout Australia. 

Absolutely. Once you have received your FREE property report, we will follow up with you to see if you are interested in receiving the shortlist of Agents best suited to selling your property. At this point, we would recommend making contact with one agent, however, we do NOT pass on your information or contact details to any agents without your permission. 

This will depend on the type of property you are selling, its’ location in Australia and also the price bracket. Generally, we would send through a shortlist of two or three agents that we believe would be best suited to selling your property, or we may just recommend one agent depending on our research.

Some vendors may prefer working with a male or female, or a younger or more mature agent, hence the shortlist gives vendors some flexibility to pick an agent based on their own personal preferences. 

Any agent recommended by us has be thoroughly vetted and interviewed before we introduce them to you.

No, you do not need to sign an agreement with Top Agent Finder

We do all the research using independent data including historic and recent sales in your suburb and current listings.  This industry data is not available to the public and is updated daily. 

Our research enables us to find agents with a proven record of selling properties similar to yours.  We look at the type of property, its approximate price bracket and its location. 

We are not a real estate company, nor do we have any relationship with any particular real estate companies.  We do not have agreements with pre-selected agents.  The Agents we recommend will be selected specifically based on their ability to sell your particular property taking in to account all of the above factors and industry data.

The address of your property is necessary for us to research your property and send you through the free detailed property valuation report.

The property report contains useful information on your property that is not available to the general public. Once you have received this report we normally follow up with a phone call to chat briefly with you about our recommendations for agents, hence the need for your phone number also.
